Resolved, that the House of Bishops, meeting at this 80th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Baltimore, Maryland, recognizing the remarkable service that she has given, and continues to give, for the well-being of the life of the Church, rejoices in the appointment of Ms. Mary Kostel, Esq, as Chancellor to the Presiding Bishop in 2019, and wishes her many years in her new responsibility.
