Resolved, That the House of Deputies of the 80th General Convention extend gratitude to The Rev. Lester V. Mackenzie for his thoughtful, pastoral, creative and energized leadership in the ministry of prayer and presence to the House of Deputies and prior to and throughout General Convention.
