Devon Anderson
Through spiritual discernment grounded in the Daily Office, centering prayer, and parish-based community, I have discerned a call to the servant ministry of PHoD. To it I would bring a lifelong passion for following Jesus plus decades of effective, strategic, and collaborative leadership at all levels of TEC, including serving as a deputation chair, on multiple legislative committees and interim bodies, and Executive Council. To meet intensifying challenges facing the church, the vision I offer is based on a new spirit of cooperation, teamwork, active listening, trust-building, and unity in Christ. My vision would prioritize building strong and abiding relationships at the center of our common life and work so that we may fully live into God's urgent mission of racial healing and Beloved Community. My vision includes the fostering of significant structural change designed to free up brave, adaptive space for innovation and living ever more faithfully into our baptismal values.
