The House of Bishops informs the House of Deputies that on Jul 9, 2022 it considered resolution A025 (Inclusivity in Forms and Information on the Website of The Episcopal Church and Related Organizations). The house acted to:

Resolved, the House of Bishops concurring,

That the 80th General Convention urge all agencies, institutions and other organizations of, or connected with, The Episcopal Church, including the Church Pension Group, to review and revise their online reporting and other forms as necessary to ensure their accessibility and functionality for those residing outside of the United States so that non-U.S. Church members and congregations can complete the forms without unnecessary difficulties. Particular attention should be given to revisions addressing reporting, application and other forms, including forms: mailing addresses, telephone numbers, postal codes and country designations, currency abbreviations and credit card numbers, and accommodating non-U.S. responses to digital forms; and be it further 

Resolved, That the Convention direct the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society and its staff to strive diligently to ensure that all reports, information and interactive materials posted on the website of The Episcopal Church be available to and usable by all of its members, wherever they reside, and be it further 

Resolved, That the Convention urge all those developing materials of any kind for use by the Church to take into account variations required to make the materials usable by dioceses, jurisdictions, and Church members outside the United States.

That the 80th General Convention direct The Episcopal Church and urge all agencies, institutions and other organizations of, or connected with, The Episcopal Church, including the Church Pension Group, it to review and revise their online reporting and other forms as necessary to ensure their accessibility and functionality for those residing outside of the United States in non-US areas of The Episcopal Church so that non-U.S. Church members and congregations can complete the forms without unnecessary difficulties. Particular attention should be given to revisions addressing reporting, application and other forms, including forms for forms can be completed with information world-wide, including but not limited to: mailing addresses, telephone numbers, postal codes and country designations, currency abbreviations and credit card numbers,  and accommodating non-U.S. responses to digital forms to allow non-US standard responses to form fields for members of congregations and others residing outside the United States; and be it further 

Resolved, That the Convention direct the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society and its staff Church Center to strive diligently to ensure that all reports, information and interactive materials posted on the website of The Episcopal Church be available to and usable by all of its members, wherever they reside The Episcopal, including those outside the United States include all of its dioceses and jurisdictions, and that they be available and usable by all members of The Episcopal Church, including those outside the United States, and be it further 

Resolved, That the Convention urge direct all those developing materials of any kind for use by the Church to take into account variations required to make the materials usable by dioceses, jurisdictions, and Cchurch members outside the United States.
