Resolved, that the House of Bishops, meeting at this 80th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Baltimore, Maryland, sends our greetings and the assurance of our prayers to the Reverend Dr. Elizabeth Miller, President of the Provincial Elders Conference of the Northern Province of the Moravian Church, and to the Reverend Dr. Neil Routh, the newly elected President of the Provincial Elders Conference of the Southern Province of the Moravian Church; and be it further

Resolved, the House of Bishops expresses our gratitude and best wishes to the Reverend David Guthrie on his retirement last October from the ministry of President of the PEC of the Southern Province.
