Resolved, that the House of Bishops, meeting at this 80th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Baltimore, Maryland, gives thanks to Almighty God for the gentle and generous ministry among us of our chaplains, the Reverend Ricardo Bailey, Mr. Dent Davidson, and the Very Reverend Miguelina Howell, especially during this Convention.
