The House of Deputies informs the House of Bishops that on Jul 9, 2022 it considered resolution A166 (Celebrate the Episcopal Church Women on their 150th Anniversary). The house acted to:
Adopt - HD Only
Resolved, That the House of Deputies of the 80th General Convention delights in the ministry of the Episcopal Church Women and gratefully recognizes the leadership and many gifts of these women; and be it further
Resolved, That we rejoice with the Episcopal Church Women as they celebrate their 150th year as a women’s organization in the Episcopal Church; and be it further
Resolved, That we give thanks for the bountiful contributions to the United Thank Offering during this triennium and the many ministries they will support and help to thrive.
