Resolved, that the House of Bishops meeting at this 80th General Convention of The Episcopal Church, gathered in Baltimore, Maryland, expresses our gratitude to the Reverend Canon Mark Stevenson for his faithful service as Canon to the Presiding Bishop for Ministry Within the Episcopal Church since 2018, looks forward his episcopal ordination on December 3, 2022, and to welcoming him back to this House as the Bishop of Virginia when next we are gathered for our spring meeting.
