Resolved, That the 80th General Convention request that the Joint Standing Committee on Program, Budget and Finance allocate $300,000 from The Episcopal Church triennium budget appropriation for the funding of the Chaplaincies at Saint Augustine and Voorhees Colleges; and be it further

Resolved, That such monies shall be divided evenly between the Chaplaincies of Saint Augustine and Voorhees College to be utilized exclusively to fund the ministries of the Chaplaincies, and other such activities that promote the purposes of this resolution; and be it further

Resolved, That this General Convention directs, consistent with established policies and procedures, that The Executive Council shall direct that the appropriate offices of The TEC and their Officers with oversight of this allocation to the Chaplaincies and such offices and Officers shall report back to the General Convention in 2024 on the usage of the $300,000 allocation; and be it further

Resolved, That the General Convention request the Joint Standing Commission on Program Budget and Finance consider a budget allocation of $300,000 for the implementation of this resolution.
